Reading it, I recognized my own way of working: my kiro-cli and Obsidian setup gives one person the full build, use, learn, iterate loop. But the buy-in revolution he describes is only half the story. Getting an idea all the way to production is the harder half, and AI made it easier, not easy. The loop was always the same. The tools finally caught up to the culture, and the craft now lives in finishing.&lt;/div>
