&lt;div class="tldr" data-pagefind-weight="5" data-pagefind-meta="tldr" style="display:block;font-size:.875em;margin:2rem 0;border-left:4px solid #ccc;padding-left:1rem;line-height:1.5;">&lt;strong>TL;DR:&lt;/strong> In one week in Munich I gave four talks to four very different audiences: women building their careers at SAP and Amazon, observability engineers at Grafana, advertising agencies at a Wiesn pre-event, and working parents at The Dual Shift. Each one came back to the same question: when an agent does the work, who makes the last decision? The answers ranged from &amp;ldquo;you, every time&amp;rdquo; for a personal brand to &amp;ldquo;nobody, but you set the rules first&amp;rdquo; for agent payments. The bigger lesson was the asymmetry between the rooms, in who gets heard and in how far each group has come with AI, and you only see it when you leave your own bubble.&lt;/div>
&lt;p>Sunday morning, coffee at home, and I&amp;rsquo;m still decompressing from an intensive week. Four talks in three days in Munich, two on Tuesday and two on Thursday, with an Oktoberfest tent after each pair.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
