✨ Today I had the pleasure of joining the AI Product Leaders Symposium! The event featured inspiring lightning talks from AWS experts and industry innovators who shared real-world applications of generative and agentic AI. Sessions delved into enterprise adoption strategies, architectural best practices, and the measurable business impact of AI-driven decision systems.
The agenda emphasized collaboration between practitioners and leaders turning agentic capabilities into tangible transformation.
🌟 My personal highlights:
💡 Great opening keynote “Ship Agents or Excuses” by Michael Rambold. One quote which stuck with me: “The pioneers choosing the hard path aren’t just building better products. They’re building companies their competitors won’t be able to catch.”
🔄 At a roundtable, we also had fruitful discussions on evolving AI strategies, use cases, and upcoming transformation fostered by AI. Deep insights, but the pragmatic takeaway of one participant stands out to me:
“Ask better questions, because the answers will be generated by AI.”
🔍 Maximilian Schellhorn talked us through all things MCP. Amazing to see how he clearly pointed out business values of the technology and showcased this in his demos spanning from well-known SaaS applications all the way down to command line demos. TIL! Nadhya Polanco, Puria Izady, and Gabor Toth dived deep into multi-agent system design. Last but not least,Jennifer Grün and Nicolas Jourdan showed us how to master fine-tuning of models.
📋 Have a look at the event agenda to get better insight into the amazing speaker lineup and topics which were covered.
🫵 Last but not least - extra points for the one who is guessing what I’m doing in the picture … [1] https://lnkd.in/eu3s__Q4
