Time is moving fast. Already 5 years though it feels like I just started. Still Day 1. At Amazon Web Services (AWS) I found an awesome place to work with my customers and develop myself. While interviewing candidates, I often get asked what is the outstanding reason for me to stay at AWS. My honest answer is always: “Working within a team of rockstars”. The people and mindset make the real difference for me. Part of the culture is valuing tenure and providing feedback to each other.
