🇳🇱 Just returning from the Netherlands, I’m very happy to read about a fruitful cooperation between a local NGO and AWS:

🤝 AWS is partnering with The Ocean Cleanup to help remove plastic from the oceans more rapidly using artificial intelligence and cloud computing. By providing machine learning and real-time data processing tools, AWS enables The Ocean Cleanup to better predict and track plastic accumulation patterns—making plastic removal efforts more efficient and effective. This collaboration demonstrates how advanced AWS technology can be used to address major environmental challenges beyond just business needs.

Can’t imagine a better start into a vivid #IBC2025 day. Go out for a nice loop in the park with likeminded folks. Huge shoutout to the organisation - beautifully put together! And serves a good cause!
